CANCELLATION POLICY

• Training cancellations must be requested no later than 14 days from the date of the training course. There will be NO REFUNDS given if a registrant cancels or requests a refund less than 14 days before the training course start date.

• Given the limited capacity of our courses and the logistical considerations for our participants, cancellations will incur a 50% fee after enrollment. (i.e., training courses are only 50% refundable after enrollment)

• Requests to reschedule or exchange an enrolled training course for a later date may be considered, subject to the same 14-day policy outlined above.

• In exceptional cases where Green Hat Tactical must cancel a course or event, affected individuals will be notified promptly. Refunds or course credits will be provided at the discretion of Green Hat Tactical.
